MEET THE FOUNDER

Z+CO was started in 2024 by Paulette Zouein, a commercial property manager and realtor with 11 years of experience in the industry.

As a Jacksonville, Florida native, Paulette grew up around the beaches and loves the community focused vibe it brings. Her career in real estate began early on while watching her father restore and develop retail shopping centers, fully leasing them and eventually selling to move on to the next project. After graduating college, she became her father’s right hand and helped in all phases of developing, leasing and managing several commercial properties.

Paulette currently resides in Neptune Beach, Florida and has a passion for being active and enjoying the lifestyle living beach side brings. Her vision for Z+CO Commercial is to create a property management company that is focused on high-quality relationships. She has a partnership minded approach with Landlord and Tenant and believes that management style breeds long term success for all parties.

Our goal is to provide top-tier property management services, ensuring all matters are handled promptly and professionally while allowing property owners to gain back their highly valued time and focus on other aspects of their day to day lives.
